Physical Therapy Evaluation
$200 - 90 minutes

At your initial appointment, Amy will perform a whole body evaluation to determine how your symptoms relate to your pelvic floor and the surrounding area as well as how your body moves. Read the blog on what to expect at your first appointment.

Physical Therapy Follow-up
$150 - 45 to 60 minutes

During follow-up sessions, you will review your current symptoms and plan with Amy. Amy will then use manual therapy, visceral mobilization, dry needling, exercises, stretching, cupping, and education to help you appropriately progress your current condition.

Package
$1500 - 12 visits

For patients who need more sessions or a longer treatment duration, Amy offers a 12 visit package that includes your initial evaluation and follow-up visits. These visits can be used any time or frequency and expire 1 year from the first scheduled visit.
