How can I start my physical therapy treatment?
You can contact our office for assistance or schedule your first appointment online. If you still have questions, get started by scheduling a free info call.
Can I reschedule my therapy session?
Of course! Therapy sessions are frequent and we understand things come up. You can manage your appointments online or by contacting our office. Just make sure to inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so you’re not charged.
What is your cancellation policy for physical therapy?
Our time is valuable, just like yours. If you do not show up or cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, it is difficult to fill your appointment time. There will be a $75 charge to your card for no-shows or last minute cancellations.
How does payment work for physical therapy services?
There is no deposit to schedule your sessions. We do request that you save a credit/debit/HSA card on file that will be automatically charged on the day of your appointment. If you wish to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement, see our blog on “Superbills.”
Do you accept insurance for therapy treatments?
Amy’s training is in pelvic wellness and healing. Insurance requires administrative work that distracts from that. We charge a cash rate for appointments and you have the option to submit to your insurance company if you wish. See our blog on “Superbills” and “Cash Services” for more info.
We can assist you in obtaining an invoice for your physical therapy sessions.
After every visit, you will receive an electronic version of your invoice. This will contain required information for out of network claims and taxes that you may find helpful. You can pay for your therapy sessions with a debit/credit/HSA/FSA card.
